RES is building Tarong West Wind Farm right here, in region you already know. Getting it built, and keeping it running afterwards, is going to take hundreds of people. In a few years, one of them could be you.
You don't need to move to the city for a good job. You don't need to already know what you want to do, either! This page is about the different jobs a wind farm creates, both while it's being built and for the 25+ years after, and what you could start doing now, in school, to get there.

Built with Country, not just on it
RES has formal agreements with the Wakka Wakka and Auburn Hawkwood Peoples, the Traditional Custodians of this Country, including a Cultural Heritage Management Plan and a Relationship Agreement. Looking after cultural heritage and working alongside Traditional Owners is part of how the wind farm gets built.
If you've grown up learning about Country, culture and community from family or Elders, that knowledge is genuinely valuable in this industry. Roles in Cultural Heritage and Community Engagement exist to bring exactly that understanding into the project, working alongside Traditional Owners, looking after cultural heritage, and making sure the project respects what matters to this place.
